Another festive celebration of Rusyn culture -- Rusyn homemade foods served buffet style in air conditioned comfort -- stuffed cabbage, pirohy, pagach, soups kobasy, chicken and lots more. Rusyn pastries including cheregi, Rusyn tort, palachinky(crepes), nut, apricot and poppyseed rolls, cakes, pies, medovnyky (honey cakes).
Display of Rusyn ethnic items, Rusyn arts demonstrated.
Slavjane Rusyn Folk Ensemble performs 3 p.m. Sat.
