Carpatho-Rusyn Society members and friends are invited to join the Mycological Society of New Jersey at its “Fungus Fest.” Attendees can join guided walks, bring mushrooms to be identified, attend slide shows and lectures, learn how to cultivate mushrooms and much more. There are activities geared to children as well. There is a suggested donation of $2 per person and $1 per child under the age of 16. Directions: Take Route 287 North or South to Exit 30 A – North Maple Avenue/Basking Ridge. Continue on North Maple Avenue for approximately 2.8 miles. Just past the Lord Sterling Stables on your left, turn left at the Environmental Education Center sign an onto Lord Sterling Road. The facility is one mile down the road on the left.
